Patient Portal
Ormond Beach Dermatology would like to introduce you to our Patient Portal, the most efficient way to keep your healthcare information up to date. You can now also pay your bill online. We ask that you activate your portal at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
What is Patient Portal?
How to access your Patient Portal
1. Click here or the link below to access the Patient Portal.
2. Your username and password is the information that was provided to you by our receptionist when we set up your portal.
3. Your temporary password is "changeme1" (Do not use the "quotation" marks).
4. You may change your password once you log into the patient portal. (We recommend you change your password for security reasons).
5. Find the "MY HEALTH" tab at the top of the screen. Visit each tab in the menu at the left side of the screen and input your information. At the bottom of each screen select "Save and Continue" to move to the next tab.
6. Find the "MESSAGES" tab at the top of the screen and click "Compose Message" from the left side of the screen. A dropdown box will appear under the "To" tab. Select "Patient Registration". At the bottom left of the screen you will see a link to "Add Attachments". Please use this to add a copy of both your photo identification and your insurance card(s). Please send both the front and back of your insurance card. You will not be able to enter or change your insurance information on the portal, this must be done by our staff members once we receive a copy via the portal.
7. If you do not activate and fill out your information in the portal, we require you to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out paperwork at the office.

What is Patient Portal?
- An online tool that allows you to enter and update your medical history, current medications, pharmacy information and allergies. This information you input is automatically updated in your chart.
- You may request medication refills through the portal.
- You may view and update your contact information. If your insurance is not correct, please contact our office.
- There are patient education information and instructions you may access.
- You can pay your bill online.
- You can also view and verify any upcoming appointments.
